Summer staff at Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center is a unique opportunity to live and work in a community of people seeking to love God and serve His people. This is more than just a summer job, its an invitation to learn what Jesus meant when He called His followers to serve others.
Each summer, CBCC hires over 85 summer staff to serve in food services, housekeeping, or children’s / youth program. All positions are paid and include room and board. Summer staff attending college are eligible for our summer scholarship program which awards approximately $15,000 in scholarships each year.
In addition to the experience of learning to work and serve on a team, summer staff participate in weekly small group Bible studies, conference sessions, prayer and worship times, and fun group activities. Summer staff are also provided days off to explore Cannon Beach and the beautiful north Oregon coast.
