Charis Kids Rates / Registration

Rates and Billing for Fall 2020-2021 School Year

School Age Children – Kindergarten through 5th grade

• Afterschool (Mon|Tue|Thu|Fri) – $23.75 per day (12:30-5:30 p.m.)
• Afterschool (Wed) $19.00 per day (1:50-5:30 p.m.)
• School in-service days and holidays $4.75 per hour (8:00-5:30 p.m.)

Preschool

• Monday thru Friday – $4.75 per hour 12:00 – 5:30

Preschool (September through May)
All ages (Monday – Friday)

• $265 per month 8:00-12:00 p.m.
• After School $4.75 per hour 12:30-5:30 p.m.

Older 4’s and 5’s (Mon|Wed|Fri) focus on Kindergarten readiness

• $180 per month 8:00-12:00 p.m.

3’s and younger 4’s (Tue|Thu) focus on basic social, academic, and physical development

• $125 per month 8:00-12:00 p.m.

Summer Rates

• $4.75 hourly
• $29.00 max daily rate
• $135 max weekly rate

If you have any questions about how to register, call children’s program supervisor Jack Bello at (503) 436-1501 ext.127. Also feel free to print out the registration form and turn it in to a teacher or to the Cannon Beach Conference Center front desk. Space in our programs is limited. Note there is a $50.00 deposit when registering for any Charis Kids program.

Billing

Our billing system is month to month at the end of each month. Each month, bills will be due by the 15^th. We give a few grace days; however if payment is not received after that grace period your child will not be allowed to attend until payment has been made. If an extension is required, please contact the director to find a solution.

Afterschool: For afterschool we bill for the previous month. We only bill for days that your child actually attended. However, if you consistently do not come for a day in which you are registered, or call in before 9:00 a.m., there will be a $5 fee per normal day.

Preschool: For the preschool program we bill for the upcoming month. This means that the bill you receive at the end of September is payment for the month of October. We only bill for 8 months October-May, this covers the partial months of September and December. For preschool we bill whether or not your child is in attendance unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Deposit: There is a $50 deposit due upon registration. This deposit is refundable and can be credited toward the final bill for your child. If at any time you wish to remove your child from Charis Kids, please contact the director of the program in order to discuss final billing and payment and returning of the deposit.
