Thank you for completing the criminal background check authorization. The final step in the application process is to provide references. Please provide three written references.  You have three options for providing written references.

Note: Returning summer staff or Ecola Part-time applicants who have authorized CBCC to use their Ecola references do not need to provide references.

Option A: Click on the link below to complete an online reference request. Simply enter an e-mail address for each of your references.

Option B: you may e-mail your references directly and include the following link to complete the online reference form.

Option C: Print off three copies of the following form to distribute to your references. Potential references could include former employers, teachers, pastors, or mentors:

Please instruct your references to send the completed forms directly to the CBCC address listed on the form.

Congratulations!  You have completed the online application process.  You will be contacted by a hiring supervisor within 7-10 days.
